The CCLR Blog is run by its editor – Shauree Gaikwad, a third year B.A. LL.B (Hons.) student at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad.

The Corporate and Competition Law Review (“CCLR”) was established in 2018 by the Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLU-A), with the aim of generating awareness and facilitating research in the field of corporate law and competition law. In January 2019, the CCLR Blog was created as an extension of the CCLR Journal, in order to serve as a platform to discuss and analyse the current legal developments concerning various corporate laws.

We invite submissions from students, academicians and practitioners on issues relevant to the areas of company law, competition law, contract law, tax law, securities law, real estate law, banking and finance law, insolvency & bankruptcy, and any other contemporary topics related to corporate and commercial laws.
